How far in advance do I need to book my party?As soon as you know the date. We are happy to accommodate last-minute parties, but cannot guarantee you will be able to secure your preferred date.

What is your cancellation policy?If you cancel your party within seven days of your party date, you will lose your 50% deposit.

Where will my event take place?Our 2000 sq. ft facility located at: 201 South Narcissus Ave, Unit 2, West Palm Beach FL!

What if I don't see the character I want?Email us! We are happy to make your party dreams come true!

What party planning services do you offer?We offer the whole package! At PB Princesses by the Sea, you and your guests can use our versatile space for various parties; from bachelorette parties to baby showers, we've got you covered! We will start with a consultation and gather your wants and needs, then we will put together decor, food & beverage, and itinerary for your event!

Do you do parties off-site or at my house?Yes! We will travel up to an hour from West Palm Beach, FL!

How many children can attend my party?Maximum 14 children!

Do you offer discounts?If you refer a friend, we will give you a 10% discount on your upcoming or current party!

What is your age range?We offer parties for all ages and genders!

Can there be boys and girls at my fairytale party?Yes! All our activities, games, crafts, and dress-ups can be fully customizable!

How many characters can I have?Up to three characters!

Do you require a deposit?Yes, we require 50% upfront to secure your date and time.

Where can I park?There are many parking garages near our location, as well as meter parking!

When will my Princess/Character arrive at my party?15-20 minutes into the party once all guests have arrived and are settled, the princess/character will make a grand entrance!
